In short
This website is deliberately kept simple: it sets no cookies, embeds no external fonts, maps, analytics or tracking services, and contains no forms that collect personal data. All fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server.
Data we process: server log files
When you open this website, the server automatically stores technical access data in so-called server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of the request
- page or file requested
- referrer URL (the page visited before)
- browser type and operating system (user agent)
Purpose and legal basis
This data is processed to operate and deliver the website and to keep our systems secure (detecting and preventing attacks). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation.
Storage period
Server log files are kept for a maximum of 14 days and are then deleted automatically. This data is not merged with any other data sources.
Recipients / hosting
The website runs on a rented server operated by an external hosting provider. The provider processes the access data listed above solely on our behalf and only as far as this is necessary to run the server. There are no other recipients; we do not pass access data on to third parties and do not use it for advertising or analytics.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set cookies. For display purposes, a single technical value is stored in the browser's session storage (a flag that the page has already been loaded in this session). It contains no personal data, is never read out and is discarded when you close the browser.
External links
Our pages link to external services: TheFork (table reservations), Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. This content is not embedded in our website, so no data is transmitted automatically. Only when you click such a link do you leave our website; from that moment the privacy policy of the respective provider applies, and that provider processes your IP address, among other data.
